Welcome to Rescue Rangers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including the Ranger Location Tracker and any related mobile applications, software, and subscription services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use Rescue Rangers products and Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all users of your device comply with applicable laws

  • Obtaining consent when tracking another individual

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

2. Device & Service Functionality

The Ranger device relies on cellular networks, GPS signals, Bluetooth, and internet connectivity. As such:

  • Location accuracy may vary based on environment, signal strength, and device placement

  • Service interruptions may occur due to network outages, maintenance, or factors outside our control

  • Real-time tracking is not guaranteed at all times

3. Accident & Emergency Notifications (Important Disclaimer)

Rescue Rangers may offer features such as crash detection, alerts, or emergency notifications. By using these features, you acknowledge:

  • These features are not guaranteed to detect all accidents or emergencies

  • Notifications may be delayed, inaccurate, or fail entirely

  • Rescue Rangers is not a substitute for emergency services (e.g., 911)

  • You should not rely solely on our Services for life-saving or critical safety decisions

Rescue Rangers is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Rescue Rangers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Loss of life or injury

    • Loss of property

    • Missed alerts or tracking inaccuracies

    • Service outages or interruptions

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

5. Data Ownership & Primary Account Control

  • The primary account holder (the user who created the account and/or manages the subscription) has full control over:

    • Device access

    • Location data visibility

    • User permissions within their group

  • Rescue Rangers does not assume ownership of your personal data

  • You are responsible for managing who has access to your data

  • You may add or remove users at your discretion through your account settings

6. Privacy & Data Usage

We collect and use data (including location data) solely to provide and improve our Services.

By using our Services, you agree that:

  • Location and device data may be stored and processed

  • Data may be used for functionality, analytics, and service improvements

  • We will not sell your personal data without your consent

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Some Services require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually

  • You may cancel at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in reduced or disabled functionality

8. Device Use & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Proper installation and use of the device

  • Keeping the device charged and operational

  • Ensuring the device is used within intended conditions

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Physical damage

  • Unauthorized modifications

9. Returns & Warranty

Returns are subject to our 45-Day Return Policy.
Warranty terms (if applicable) are provided separately.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your account is used for unlawful or abusive purposes

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
